Bespoke Bookkeeping

 Time is money - Why waste your free time trying to balance the books when you could be doing something more profitable, or having fun with your family.  
 
The Bespoke package is designed specifically around the needs of your business, covering all the services in the Essentials package but with additional reporting. It can be a weekly or monthly service, and could include enhanced credit control, debtor monitoring and a quarterly meeting to review your business's performance.

Bookkeeping Essentials

This is suitable for growing businesses which need help with regular bookkeeping tasks. 
 
Bookkeeping Essentials provides the services you need, from sales and purchase invoices, posting all bank transactions and reconciling bank and credit card accounts to completing and submitting VAT returns, processing expenses and posting payroll journals. Essentials includes e-mail and telephone support, monthly reports tailored to your business requirements, and supply of cloud accounting software if required. 

Bookkeeping Basics

This is ideal for Sole Traders and small businesses which may not have many transactions, but want the comfort of knowing they are doing everything correctly.  
 
Basics provides a monthly service which covers processing and reconciling bank transactions, sales and purchase invoices and quarterly reports on the performance of your business. Cloud software can be included if required. 

Payroll Services

Whether you pay your staff weekly, fortnightly or monthly, I can provide a full payroll service, issuing payslips and making Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC after every pay run.


Payslips can be supplied as hard copies, or sent electronically to each employee. I can even make the appropriate journal entry in your accounting software, if required.

Payroll Software

You can have your payroll run from within your existing accounts software package, including Xero, FreeAgent and QuickBooks, or I can set up and run your company's payroll file in Payroll Manager. 




Cloud Software

The accounting software that suits your business best will be determined by the size of the organisation, the need for invoicing or inventory, VAT status and many other factors. You may also benefit from using apps which make keeping on top of your finances easier, from document management systems like Hubdoc, to payment services such as Go Cardless.
